FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q. Why travel by bus?
A. Buses are safe, in fact, twice as safe as flying and 46 times safer than driving a car. They are the most fuel efficient and better for the environment. They also deliver you right to the doorstep of your destination.

Q. Are the buses air conditioned?
A. Yes, all our buses have air conditioning.

Q. How far in advance should I make a reservation?
A. We recommend booking as early as possible. However, even if it is a last minute booking, we will endeavour to solve your needs as quickly and efficiently as possible based on bus and driver availability.

Q. How do I contact you after business hours?
A. We are at your service 24/7.

Q. How is a charter trip priced?
A. It depends on the length and distance of the trip and what size bus best suits your needs. Each charter is priced individually so call us or email us and we will provide you with a quote.

Q. Can you have alcohol on the bus?
A. WA Police claim that alcohol consumption on a charter bus comes under the so-called “street drinking” laws. Police claim they will stop buses and fine drivers and passengers for street drinking. They have also previously issued defect notices on buses where empty alcohol containers have been found in rubbish bins.

Thus, Bus Charters Perth has a policy of not letting alcohol containers such as cans and bottles on the bus. However, plastic cups with soft drinks and plastic bottles with water or soft drinks are acceptable.
